Ready to give martial arts a try? Start your training without a large commitment - Classes are held on Sundays and Tuesdays. This trial gives you unlimited access for two weeks of training in your age group and a free dobok (uniform) to train in so you feel right at home in the dojang from day 1. Good for two weeks from your first class.

Private one-hour session for one, or can be split between up to ten people. Can be either at one of our locations, or at your residence.

Emerald Hills Karate - Once a Week Program Terms & Conditions Applicable to: Emerald Tiger Cubs and Girls Only programs Membership Plan Once a Week memberships are available at a single rate of $109/month + $75 annual membership fee. The Once a Week plan includes 4 classes per month in the enrolled student's designated program. Members are entitled to attend any class appropriate for their age and level placement. Class placement is at the discretion of the instructor, who may move students between classes to ensure appropriate level and age grouping. Credits may be used in advance up to one month ahead of the current billing period. Scheduled Closures Scheduled closures occasionally occur during normal calendar events including but not limited to holidays, school vacations, and program events such as seminars, clinics, or federation events. Conduct All members are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the Tang Soo Do Seon Do Kwan and Emerald Hills Karate codes of conduct. Emerald Hills Karate: Warriors Unlimited Membership Terms & Conditions Membership Plans Warriors Unlimited memberships are available in three tiers based on the number of students enrolled from the same family: Warriors Unlimited 1: $195/month + $75 annual membership fee Warriors Unlimited 2: $325/month + $125 annual membership fee Warriors Unlimited 3+: $400/month + $150 annual membership fee The Warriors Unlimited plan includes unlimited access to all age and level appropriate classes during scheduled program hours. Members are entitled to attend any class appropriate for their age and level placement. Class placement is at the discretion of the instructor, who may move students between classes to ensure appropriate level and age grouping. Billing Monthly tuition is auto-billed to the card on file on the first of each month. The annual membership fee is collected at the time of registration and at each 12-month renewal. Cancellation We don't believe in locking families into long-term contracts. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to membership@emeraldhillskarate.com. Cancellations received before the 25th of the month will take effect the following month. Cancellations received on or after the 25th may be subject to one additional billing cycle. Class Policy There are no refunds on monthly tuition. The Warriors Unlimited plan provides access to the full weekly class schedule appropriate for each enrolled student's age and level. As such, no makeup credits are issued for classes a member chooses not to attend. Class Cancellations by Emerald Hills Karate In the event of an unexpected class cancellation by Emerald Hills Karate, we will attempt to hold a makeup class on a day we are not typically open. If we are unable to do so, no further compensation or credit will be issued. Notification of unexpected cancellations will be sent via email to the address on file. Scheduled Closures Scheduled closures occasionally occur during normal calendar events including but not limited to holidays, school vacations, and program events such as seminars, clinics, or federation events. We will notify members of scheduled closures at least one month in advance via email to the address on file. When closures affect only a few classes in a given month, we will attempt to hold makeup classes on days we are not typically open. If our program needs to be closed for more than 25% of a given month, pro-rated membership pricing may be offered at the discretion of the owner. Membership Pause Policy Members may pause their membership for up to 2 months during any 12-month membership period. Pause months may be used consecutively or split as needed. During a pause, the 12-month membership clock stops and resumes upon reactivation. The annual membership fee is not affected by a pause. Pause requests must be submitted via email to membership@emeraldhillskarate.com at least one week before the intended pause date. Requests made with less notice will be accommodated to the best of our ability. Members may attend classes during a pause period at a discounted rate of $20 per class. Partial Family Pause If a family is enrolled in a Warriors Unlimited 2 or Warriors Unlimited 3+ plan and one or more students need to pause while the remaining student(s) stay active, the monthly tuition will automatically adjust to reflect the number of actively attending students during the pause period. For example, if two students are enrolled on a Warriors Unlimited 2 plan and one student pauses for one month, the remaining student will be billed at the Warriors Unlimited 1 rate of $195 for that month.
